My phal is in trouble !

Last week my phal lost a leaf, second from bottom leaf. The leaf first turned yellow and part of it was dry. I was able to pull it off.

Then I noticed a small white mark on a leaf. Is it in trouble http://www.orchidgeeks.com/forum/ima...s/confused.gif

the third picture seem to be mechanical damage.Nothing serious. The roots did not look
good. Seem to be rotting mark. Be careful when you water the plant. Dont use recycled
water (from washing of food , fruit...)

I agree with digi - white mark looks like nothing serious.
The remaining leaves look nice and turgid/stiff and good color - overall it looks quite healthy. Any chance you had it in a location where the sun hit primarily one leaf? I only ask this because I have burned a middle leaf before and had this very thing happen. Have you had this plant for some time?

Hi mayres, I have the plant for over a year now. The plant located in a west facing living room near a sunscreen. It could be sunlight damage.
