I'm not an expert on orchids and is new to growing them. You might want post a picture of it and the type of orchid it is. That way the other members can help you better.

Twinsmum, As Solay said, It would help if we knew what type of orchid it is. Different types have different needs, so we can tell much better if we know the type. Can you post photos? If not, a good description of the leaves- size, texture, etc.-would help!

Hello. As solay has stated, it will be helpful to know what type of orchid you have. Other helpful information would be:

How long have you had it?
When was it's last flower cycle?
Have you repotted it, if so when?
Where do you keep it? Window? Counter?

Wrinkled leaves are generally an indication that the plant is not getting enough water. This could be caused by under watering, or could be caused by overwatering. If the orchid is overwatered, then the roots will rot and die.

If you have a picture it will help others with advise as well.

I was given my orchid as a gift last summer and it flowered well into last autumn.
The name on the plastic label says CAMBRIA (orchidee)
On the pot I have a label printed CAMBRIA BURRA NELLY
we will photocopy the plastic label enlarge it and put it on hear.
I keep it on a north facing window sill in a centrally heated room, I probably have been under watering it, I have many house plants and know over watering can kill.

Cambria is a commerical name for intergeneric hybrids of Odontoglossum, Oncidium,
Miltonia and Brassia. There is an orchid called Burrageara Nelly Isler which is what you
might have. A pic would be helpful. If it is this than it needs medium light. A eastern
exposure would be good for it. Water when almost dry. Good air circulation is a plus.
What type of media is it in? That would also help to determine your watering conditions.
