at last it flowered

hi all
my cym peggy sue has finally flowered if a little late i know it needs to be repotted after flowering it is in a small pot should i just use bark or what

ps i will soon have an oncidium noid in flower im getting better at this

Mark, I can't grow cyms here in Fla. It's way too hot for them to survive but I'm sure someone here can answer for you. Just letting you know that I think it's gorgeous.

Mark, Yeah I just use normal bark mixes on my Cymbids. You'll need to watch them after repotting though so you can adjust your watering frequency according to how fast the mix dries. For example here in Melbourne (cool, wet winters, very hot very dry summers) I have to water my Cymbids in large mix more often then those in smaller mix in summer. In winter I water them about the same.
