That is probably pigment because the plant has reddish flowers, not because the plant is getting too much light. Just ignore it.

Steve most baby leaves come out looking very red and will get greener. (on Phals)

I've read its to do with the pure amount of growth hormones in the new leaf, will cause it to change colour as they reflect different wavelengths.
