Dry bud

It is bud in the middle, you can see on that small picture. I don´t think that humidity is problem, I have lot ot trays with small clay stones ( I don´t now how it´s called on english, please improve my english ) and water, because here is heating season. Can it be caused by large day/night temperature contrast?

I don´t think so! I move them very rarely. If it is because of the mechanical damage I beelive the bud on the top ware drying?!
| ||||
No, I bought it in june, and now new spike become to bloom.

If it's not humidity and it's not that you've moved the plant around, then another option is temperature variance. Sometimes temperature extremes can cause bud blast. Also, I'm assuming this is a spike off the last blooming spike? Blooms from these are usually less, smaller and can be affected more readily from adverse conditions.
