Dry bud

My phal start blooming from old spike, but one bud dryed in last 2 days. Why?

It could be lack of humidity. Is that bud from the top or the bottom?

But someone will be able to give you a definitive answer soon.

that one look like mechanical damage. You might have hit it accidentally. So remember
to be very gentle with flower bud.

It is bud in the middle, you can see on that small picture. I don´t think that humidity is problem, I have lot ot trays with small clay stones ( I don´t now how it´s called on english, please improve my english ) and water, because here is heating season. Can it be caused by large day/night temperature contrast?

I don´t think so! I move them very rarely. If it is because of the mechanical damage I beelive the bud on the top ware drying?!

If it's not humidity and it's not that you've moved the plant around, then another option
is temperature variance. Sometimes temperature extremes can cause bud blast. Also,
I'm assuming this is a spike off the last blooming spike? Blooms from these are usually
less, smaller and can be affected more readily from adverse conditions.
