unless there is a fear of rot dont repot. if the pots gettin small dont worry too much, you canrepot after flowerin, just water as needed for the excess drinage.

If you are inclined to repot you can do it now or anytime, but don't feel you need to do so just because you have a number of aerial roots. If your media is not broken down or you are not inclined to change to another type media I wouldn't bother to repot this plant at this point. Looks good. Enjoy - mike

the roots and leaves look fantastic!

the leaves look strange, do they have large grooves in them? i only ask since mine which are dehydrated (from root rot) are the ones that show the wrinkles, but their wrinkles are much smaller and the leaves wilt quite a bit more. my few leaves that are quite healthy are smooth.

I do not think it is good to repot a spiking plant. It is normal for Phal roots to go wild all over so nothing to worry there. The plant looks reasonably healthy, perhaps a bit pale which could be due to too high light, but I think your Phal is probably find as it is for the time being. If you really feel the urge to repot, do it after blooming.

I'm not so sure what you have is a spike?? It could be another root starting to grow; time will tell.
