Dear myorchid, Hello and welcome to the forum. I'll skip the Sederia japonica culture as it appears that someone has provided that info. I do have some name corrections for you though.
In orchids, all genus names are capitalized (Sederia, Paphiopedilum, Oncidium, Phalaenopsis, etc., etc.). Also all hybrid and cultivar names are capitalized too as in
Brassia External Wind 'Summer Dream.' The name of your Oncidium hybrid isn't "twinkles" but is singular
Onc. Twinkle. You were correct to leave "lowii" in lower case as species names are not capitalized:
Paphiopedilum lowii.
