Den. seedlings

I have a Dendrobium delacourii coming my way, which in its culture asks for a nice rest in winter.

But as its a seedling, does that mean it gets continued summer like culture, or do i water less etc as normal?

I'd say let the plant dictate what you do. If it stops growing, reduce water. If it doesn't slow down, keep watering.

Most seedlings need to stay moist most of the time. However, you do want to listen to the plant as well. I've got a few den seedlings and I just barely let them dry out all the way before watering again.

Sounds fair. They'll be in little pots so they'll need more frequent watering but the orchid compost should help limit it without being to thick.
