Do they get bigger?

Just wondering...
...As the orchid gets older do the flowers and the leaves get bigger or is it a genetic thing?

Also, could someone tell me what worm tea is and where it comes from?

Once the plant reaches mature blooming size, most of the growths (given conisistent culture) and the flowers will always be about the same size. What are you growing?

Hi Ris, Worm tea is the result of straining water through vermicompost and calling the liquid worm 'tea'. When prepared properly it is a quality fertilizer much beloved of modern orchid growers. The term vermicompost means the contents of any sort of container which has decomposing foodstuffs mixed with some form of media and inhabited by a gang of worms. The worms eat the mix and then excrete what they don't use. It is the excreta that is the basis of the product.
