Where to get orchid stand

Hello,
HOw does everyone display or where do you keep them? I am looking for a orcihd bleacher type stand? Does this make any sense to anyone out there? Three tiers almost like a step ladder type design? Is there such a thing? Thanks! Tara

Tara: My son made me one for Mother's Day - lucky me. I've seen a number of tiered stands. Check out these stands - all depends on how much room you have.

Also, check out the Growing Spaces thread - lots of ideas for growing and display. Good luck on your search.

That is a really nice stand that your son made for you Sharyn. I hope you don't mind if I borrow the idea and get my husband to make me one?

Thanks flowerchild. Since I have limited room on my balcony, this size worked out great for me. He also made it out of cedar so it can stay outdoors all year. Some of the others listed in the links were a little too deep and took up too much room for my growing area. If you like, I'll see if my son had plan.

Nice stand. Is that burlap for a shade cover? I have a lot of mine on pot clip holder deals on the posts of a wooden fence, under the shade of trees. But, I am running out of shaded fence posts.

Hi Cathy, Thank you..

It's like burlap, but not as finely wooven. Perfect shade for my catts they are loving it and throw out many blooms for me this year in thanks. I found this shadecloth at Home Depot in the shadecloth/garden section. Go have a look...
