Should I repot or not?

I've had this orchid for a couple of months and am not sure whether I should repot or not. It has finished blooming and has new leaf growth, but there are roots growing out of the top of the pot and I'm not sure if thats ok for this plant or not.

Thanks,

Sara

Usually the time for repotting is just after blooming or just as a new growth has started so yes, I think this would be the time to repot.

Roots sticking out of the pot are normal for many orchids, but yours looks like it's about to outgrow its pot and could use a new one. The best time to repot an oncidium is when the new growths have just started, and new roots are growing.

Thanks everyone for the help, now what size pot should I put it in? From what I've read most orchids like to be a little cramped. This one is in a four inch pot now.

Thanks!
