Hi there!
I bought a dendrobium back last October. It had flowers already on it (lime green, it is a "Thonghai Gold"). They died, I cut down the spike and I was
really happy recently to see a new shoot come out from the bottom of the biggest cane.

Since this new shoot appeared, though, so did some nasty bugs. I tried to take a picture but couldn't get a good one. What happens is one bug sits at the base of the new shoot. I pick it off and kill it and a few days later it's replacement shows up. They are black, almost like tiny spiders (but definitely big enough to see and pick off). They look like they have a hard shell. I don't know what to do or how to treat it. None of my other orchids seem to have this (I did as best as inpection as I could). It looks like they have eaten 2 holes already (not severe though, just ugly). Please help me!

I don't want this to get worse
Thanks!
