keikei big enough yet?

My bamboo orchid is giving me mixed reactions this year. Its now put out 2 keikei's and a stem of a flowers. Theres is a 4th growth which i cannot recognise yet also.

I need some advice on whether i should repot the older keikei, as it is quite big, but now seems to have slowed its growth, possibly because the plant is working on the flower stem and the other keikei.

I was going to cut it off with a sharp knife and pot it in some compost in a small pot.

Any advice would be great, i've never had keikei's before.

Hmmm...how many roots are there and how long are they? The look to be about 2 inches?

There ar quite a few growing out, the longest are about 2 inches yes

Hi Tom, the roots being two inches it looks large enough to pot on. When you cut it from the stem try and do as little damage as possible to the stem ( use a very sharp,sterile blade ) and be very careful with the roots as sometimes they tend to be brittle. Put it in whatever media you have found good for the rest of your plants and keep it moist. Don't fertilize until it is established. Good luck with it.
