Miltassia, and I hope I get this right Miltoncidium. Not sure of the other. Looked it up Aliceara.

yes i think that would be a good idea if we could see some pics that is a good way for the new members and the novice members to understand what the shortened names stand for. plus it is always nice to see new arrivals |

The pleating leaves are mostly from growing too crowded on a nursery bench. It should not happen again for you. All Oncidium alliance orchids need good air circulation to prevent pleating and especially for good growth. It is probably the most important condition.

I get pleating in my Stanhopea, Lycaste, and Gongora leaves if I let them dry out while they're growing. I've had it happen with a Miltonia as well. I suppose this is a possibility too.
