bulbophyllum cruciatum (hapalochilus cruciatus) leaves yellowing

I bought this orchid from windy hill gardens about two months ago and kept it at home until about 2 weeks ago when I brought it to school and am keeping it in the greenhouse here. I water it every other or every 3rd day. It started yellowing when it was at my house and it did not have adequate humidity. Now two leaves have started yellowing but it has put out a new growth that has a crinkled leaf. This is my first post and I hope someone an help me out. Please and thank you. Hope you can help me.

The bottom yellow leaf is coming from a pbulb buried in the media and that may be the problem or it is just an old leaf. I can't see the other yellow leaf but it may be old too.

I grow most of my Bulbos in sphag lined baskets in Catt light and very moist. You can see on the right side of the picture the plant is growing over the edge with the roots exposed to the air. Even in a g/h those roots will not get enough moisture to keep it happy.

Use the search function for RCB (Renee) posts and she shows how to make shallow baskets for many of her Bulbos. If you search just for Bulbos, you will find many posts showing different potting methods.

WARNING - Bulbos are addictive.
