Dendrobium Sc.

Dend. Sc.jpg

Picked this little Dend. up as a present for myself, the tag said Dend.Sc. Could anyone inform me what this is, I have tried to look it up but no luck.

It could be Dendrobium scabrilingue, but the picture you posted is very small, hard to tell.
My guess is by the name you provided. Perhaps where you purchased it may have more information?

Maybe they were just saying it's a Dendrobium species? I usually see an un-named or unknown species listed as "sp" rather than "sc" but....?? That's my guess.

I think I picked this up at an Orchid Show at Nambour on the sale table, no names attached (who owned it), oh well, I will just have to be patient for a couple of years to wait for it to flower. Thanks for your help.

In August, last year. Remember I told you we stopped at the Strawberry/Orchid Farm at Elimbah on the way home.
