Burnt spots on Cymb leaves?

Dear Geeks, Happy New Year to everyone!
I live in a desert place where winter I believe is pretty good to take orchids out since days are approx. 20-22C and night 13-18C, air movement is good, they get direct sunlight 2 hrs in the morning and humidity is approx 50-60% so I decided one month back to take my cymbidiums and phals out...
On the picture attached you will see a Cymb that has one sort of burnt spot in one of the new leaves...

Any idea what this is? After seen this I decided to put it on a more shadow place but I'm not convinced that he really likes it.

Probably this Cymb is on winter rest and doesn't want bright light and water should be restricted.

Thanks

Alex

What are your day and night temps right now?

Does that glass dish have drainage ?

Mine did that when I had them in direct sunlight for 1 day. They seem to be recovering now that they are back out of the sun

Burnt spot on Cymb leaves

Dear all,
Thanks for your quick replies, day temps are approx. 22C (72F) and night 15C (59F).
The sun comes from south and it barely touches the plant for 30mins in the middle morning (10am), it is a plastic pot and has 4 holes for drainage.
I have other Cymbs on the same spot that are getting more light and they are thriving pretty well and enjoying the sun bath
I really don't know why this one is having such burns...
Any adviceif they much appreciated as always,

Thanks

Alex
