Are blooms in my future?

After trying to grow (and killing) 3 phals, I think I've finally got it on my fourth. I've had this orchid for about 8 months now, and it has grown two new leaves, and now I'm seeing two new roots growing.

For all the pros out there... is my beloved plant looking good? Does all of this new growth mean I may get a bloom sometime soon?

I see a couple healthy new roots there I zoomed in to check where the leaves join the stem I don't see any growths with what looks like a little mitten at the tip so I don't see any spikes developing in this pic and angle.
But roots are a good sign its happy so hopefully spike wil follow later
Good job growing this one

Looking Good

New leaves, new roots - with a cool down period (10 deg night/day difference) you will see spikes (depending on the color when they show up)...

Keep up the good work
