Unhappy What are these black spots???

Well, i am new at growing orchid so when i found some irregularities on it, i started to fluster.Can anyone tell me what these black spots are and what to do with them? Also, can anyone tell me what species is this orchid? Thanks a lot!!!

Its a Dendrobium.
Those black spots are probably sunburn. Can happen when a droplet of water is left on the leaf and the intense light from the sun burns it since the water droplet will act as a magnifying glass.

It is an old wives tale the sun will magnify the water drops and burn foliage. If this was a problem there wouldn't be a plant/tree/shrub without these marks on them. If it rains on a hot sunny day and then the sun comes out, the water evaporates.

Your plant looks very healthy and the black spot shouldn't be a problem.

The black spots are nothing to be concerned about.
dendrobiums are prone to those marks which is probably a fungus, but is not terminal. More than likely, they will eventually drop those leaves anyway and others.
The plant looks really healthy and should give you lots of flowers to look at.
