Alicera

Another one - sorry!

I have an orchid in bloom that is called Alicera. Sweetheart Jonel "Everglades". My orchid book says nothing about Alicera. Can anyone tell me about them please? I attach a 'photo.

You have a intergeneric orchid which is actually Aliceara (abbreviated as Alcra) = Brassia x Miltonia x Oncidium. I don't know which of these three will have the strongest influence as I don't know the % of each parentage, but it will have some influence of each. Suggest you grow similar to a cattleya lighting-wise and do not allow to dry out too much.

Many thanks mayres - it is a striking orchid and I wouldn't like to do the wrong thing.
