Help with Bug

Dear All. I need your help once again. I was watering my boss' plant yesterday when I noticed this tiny white speck moving on one of the leaves. It was a bug, and now I don't know what to do. So, today I brought in my magnifying glass and tried to take a picture of it. It's really hard to see, but can someone tell me what they think it is before I have a mental orchid breakdown. Thanks!!

that looks like a mealy bug....are there other white fluffy spots around the leaf crevices or roots? juvenile mealies look like small patches of white soap scum or cotton....no problem, since you are in an office setting you will want to clean the white specks off with a q tip soaked in alcohol....then spray weekly with an insecticidal soap to catch all the hatchlings as they develop....it will take 4-6 weeks to clear em up so dont give up on the treatment......if this doesnt work or they get a head start on you, you might want to take it home and spray it outside with a stronger chemical systemic spray....that too has to be applied regularly for a number of weeks...follow the directions on the bottle.....gl!!

kind of difficult to tell. Do you have bacteria problem on the plant? Or is it just the magnify glass do that trick of bacteria rot? Just whack white oil to kill mite /mealy bug/ small sucking insect.
