Looks more like a cymbidium to me.

Dendrobiums have cane like stems, whereas this has more of a cymbidium stem.

Can you photograph more of the plant ?

I am not experienced at all but I have a dendrobium that looks a lot like this. It's Thongchai Gold. Mine is blooming right now, I love it

Looks like some sort of hybrid phalaenopsis-type dendrobium, but unless you have a tag, you'll probably never be able to ID it because so many look so similar.

Thanks you guys for alll the help... Like Ellen said its almost impossible to tell if to don't have the name...so many hybrids.... The most similar i have seen to mine is Dendrobium Sharifah Fatimah

Lovely - I'm hoping this is a Burana Green or some Burana Cross because I have a very young Burana Green x Burana Fancy No 3 - and I would love it to look like that. When it eventually blooms (it will, I'm sure) I'll try to remember to compare notes Agarrat.
