My ever expanding grow room...

After seeing the orchid room at Longwood Gardens, I wanted to make my grow space more of a display. I added black humidity trays, synchronized all of my pots with matching dishes, and created a new light shelf on the bottom. The whole process took about two weeks.

This is great. I love to see others' growing areas. Yours looks like you truly are an orchid addict! What kind of light are you using?

Your orchids are lovely. I'm green with envy!

It is nice to see an indoor display. Being in Florida everyone grows outdoors. I like the way you used props like the chair to enhance the orchids.

Thanks for the compliments! My friends think I'm obsessed to turn half of my billiards room into a grow room! The main light is a 400 watt Halide/HPS interchangable ballast, and the bottom shelf has 4- 95 watt compact flouros, 2- 18 inch flouros and 4- 23 watt compact flouros (half are cool white and half are warm white)
