Brassavola nodosa culture

Any tips on Brassavola nodosa culture. I got a small one a year or so ago and the root system has never been strong.

Generally wet/dry like a Cattleya, and high light, at least as high as a Cattleya. Mine is growing in the brightest spot in my greenhouse that gets pretty warm during the day.

Mine doesn't have a huge root system, either - it was in a 6" pot and I potted down to a 4". It seems to be doing a lot better - I've seen a lot of new growth since I did. No blooms yet (I don't think it's old enough) but it looks a lot perkier.
