Red face One seriously big Phal!!

Ok so I am new to all of this.
My fiance' started me out about two years ago with a hybrid Phaleonopsis from a local store. Now I have about 6 orchids, one is HUGE!!!
No kidding I have never seen another one like this. It now has a spot it loves and has six or seven spikes all with buds and one with a new plant.
First is it ok to let the plant have this many blooms spikes or will it make the plant strain. How long should the roots on the plant be before removing? Plus what is the best way to go about this?
One other question it has grown on a slight angle since I bought it, when it comes time to repot it should I try to straighten it? Even though thats why I bought in the first place .. it was a bit of an oddball.

Straightening is up to you. Strickly aesthetics. In nature they are probably just like yours. The keiki should have roots 2 to 3 or more inches long, tho it is the total root mass, not the length that works. Removing a keiki from a spike just requires a little manipulation with a slight tug to crack it free. Don't bother to use a tool. I say let the plant decide what it can handle. Enjoy your exceptional plant.

Thank You!!

Thanks so much for the reply, it confirmed what I was leaning towards but since I never had a Keiki produced before... well just wanted to be sure.
Should I put it in a 3inch diam pot I already have with ample side drainage and breathing? Also is there any special needs the new keiki might need?
It also has flower buds forming on it already. Once again thanks for the responce.

Pictures to come soon...

I guess there is a rule about having at least 10 posts before you can have any pics? So I will be posting away so I can show you all a few pictures of my favorite.
