Keep it in an environment with the humidity as high as possible. I'd suggest staking it in a small pot of sphag moss. If the roots were just recently disintegrated you may yet see some plant decline too - loss of leaves and shriveling of canes - keeping the humidity up will help. At the very least put it on a tray of pepples with water. Other options might be to utilize a semi-terrarium sub-environment - using an actual terrarium or a make-shift plastic bag. The trick with this approach is getting adequte air movement to discourage any disease issues. Good luck!
