Is this a spike?

This is a pic of a noid den I have had for about a year (my very first orchid). It's has had several keikis but this new growth is different so I'm thinking it's a spike (hope). The growth I'm talking about is on the very top of the pb. What do you all think?

It looks good and if it is a keiki or new sprout does not make a difference it should grow into a blooming cane.
