Spots / Holes in the leaves

I picked up a bunch of orchids from a nursery about a week or s ago and noticed these spots on some of the leaves. Is this something that I should be concerned about? (Pictures attached)

Thanks so much!

It looks like some kind of fungus. You may want to wait on several of our opinions before you do anything but if it was my orchid I would cut off the leaf on the jewel orchid and I would cut only 1/4 inch below the fungus on the leaves on the other orchid then after you cut it put cinnamon on the cut all the way across the cut. Then I think you will be ok. Did they come like that from the store you bought them from or did it do that after you brought them home? The reason I say that is if you wanted to you could take them back and get them to replace them, but if you just want to keep them then I would do surgery on them. If you need any more help just reply and I will do what ever I can to help Good Luck and to the forum . You will enjoy it here

The second 2 pics, the ones where the leaf spots look whitish and dry, look like spots of sunburn. If so then I suspect the spots on your jewel orchid could also be sunburn but I have never grown one a jewel orchid (is it a Ludisia?) so I don't know precisely what sunburn on a jewel looks like. I'm about 99% sure the other spots are sunburn though.

these kind of mark is not serious, and very common with oncidium alliance orchid . So nothing to worry about. First one picture, jewel orchid orchid look like bacteria infection.
