I'm having trouble finding too much specific information about them online regarding care tips. Is there a more familiar one that requires roughly the same care that I could research?

Since Neostylis Lou Sneary is a hybrid (Neofinetia x Rhyncostylis), I found the following info/culture under Neofinetia.

You can try searching under Rhyncostylis, too. Both culture info should be similar.
