Question Repotted my phal, new leaf split!

I repotted one of my NOID phals on Saturday...Once I was done potting, I noticed that one of the new leaves as split in half and now looks like a snake's tongue! OH NO!

Now what?

dust the edges with cinnamon and don't worry about it. there's a reason leaves split--someone on here will remember it. it won't set the plant back any.

If you can get some green 1/4" adhesive florist's tape, make one or two butterflies across it to keep it from splitting further, and don't worry about it.
