Lily of the Valley

Hi, I know this is an Orchids forum, but can I ask questions about another type of flower? Do y'all know anything about Lily of the Valleys? Where I live, the weather conditions are good. I read they like shade, but what about barely any sun. Is that okay? Will Lily of the Valley be able to flower if there's not much sun lit? Thanks.

It is true, they like shade. They grow in the wild a lot in my area (Michigan), and we often find large clumps of them under rather dense trees. Of course, they need a little light, but I think they usually get enough through the trees.
