Different Type of Question

I just wondered what people use to extend the life of orchid flowers placed in vases ?

Are there are any little tricks, secrets, or products to help extend the life of these flowers ?

Flower Food

There are powdered mixes that you can buy, in small packets and in big buckets, to extend the life of all cut flowers including orchids. Talk to a florist. Or you can try using lemon-lime or other citrus soda, diluted in water. That sounds weird, but it has what flowers need to live for a while: the citric acid kills bacteria, the sugar feeds the flowers. The best thing to do is get the powder, though.
