Zygopetalum hybrid

Hi geeks, I’ve got this new growth on my zygo hybrid (fav orchid please don’t tell my other orchids) to me it doesn’t look like it’s a new pseudo bulb. Can anyone please educate me on what it is? I mostly new to the “pseudo type” orchids. Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. Thank you in advance for replying to my post.——B
