Orchid lady 18 is on a distinguished road
White spots on leaves

Hi everyone,I really have a problem here with my orchids..my orchid leaves are getting white spots with some red powdery covering on the leaves.it is extending but I donít think it is spreading from one plant to other.and affected leaves are yellowing and falling off.is it spidermite ?and what can I do for this.many thanks for your advice and suggestionshere are some photos
