Question Question about divided paph

I recently acquired my first paph (a Hsinying Majakun #7 x Hilo Green ĎPerfectioní) as a hand-me-down. I recently repotted it and hadnít planned on dividing it so didnít read up on how to do so, but while I was repotting it, it came apart so I potted up the two parts separately, then I read about dividing paphs only to find you should only divide a plant with 3-4 fans per division, oops! The larger if the two new plants has 3 fans so it should be fine, but the other only has one. Is there anything I should do for the smaller one to keep it happy? I donít mind if it doesnít bloom for a while I just donít know if it needs any extra care. As far as I can tell only the largest fan on the bigger plant has ever bloomed if that makes a difference. Picture attached. Thank you!

No just grow them the same, the smaller one will be fine and will just continue growing and flowering. Although it's better to keep them in clumps you can still grow them as single growths and they will form new ones.

Just a quick update to say that the smaller plant of my foolishly divided paph is making a new leaf! Not much I know, but I was happy to see it's doing ok. Now just have to be patient for a few years until it flowers...

Not your fault that the plant divided itself! A new leaf is good news, it is probably making roots also, and you are off to a good start.

I hope it's making new roots, though no sign of them yet, but I'm keeping an eye out! Thanks all!
