Problem with dendrobium leaf

Good day!

I just want to ask, what is the problem of my dendrobium? Suddenly one of its leaves became yellow in color. Before that, a week before it shows sign of discoloration, a light green leaf. Today it became like this. (At the picture)

Hi, the picture hasn't come through to us, could be because you need to post a few times?

It has some fungal issues and looks like it's getting old anyway (even though there's a green one lower). I would cut around the base of the leaf and remove it just in case.

Even the last leaf starts to lighten color. What should I do now?

Yes, that one that is completely yellow looks light it is infected with something, so I would cut it off immediately. The thing which concerns me most here is that the potting medium medium looks awfully coarse for a Dendrobium. Dendrobiums don't like to dry out (excluding those which need a drier rest period in the winter, but I don't think yours is one of those), so in a medium like that, I would think you would have to water very regularly, maybe even daily depending on temperature and brightness of light. Plants which are chronically underwatered will sometimes shed their leaves.
