Phalenopsis flower spikes

So Iím new to Orchids and have had good success with Phals. I have rescued 3 very distressed plants. 2 have healthy leaves with new leaves emerging but the spikes had died and another with 2 spikes that were snapped off at about 12Ē. Iím wondering if the 2 with no spikes at all will ever grow new spikes and what might I do to encourage this. Iím guessing that the plant with the snapped spikes will eventually begin to flower from the remaining nodes. Looking for some guidance. Thx. Aj in the Bay Area California.
