Help! Phal orchid crown is yellow and only one aerial root left!

A few months back, I noticed the potting mix in my phal orchid was growing fuzzy white stuff. It had even started growing on some of the orchidís roots. I sanitized the scissors before I cut off the infected roots and replaced new potting mix, which has sphag moss, perlite, charcoal, and bark chips.

One of the orchidís leaves started to yellow. I took it off once it became brittle enough to tug off. Then the remaining leaf started yellowing at its edges. I began to think maybe the orchid was getting too much sun. It's winter and the sun is not nearly as abundant as it is in warmer weather but still, I worried so I moved it to a dimmer part of my room away from the window. Eventually, the leaf snapped off by itself after a tear developed at the base of the leaf.

Only after this happened, I realized the crown was yellow. It also has a thin black vertical line on it. The orchid has no good aerial roots except one. I watered the plant two days ago and the root still turned green from the moisture. I'm not sure if this orchid can be saved???

I tried uploading a photo for this post but somehow I keep getting an error...

Hello applegirl and welcome! You just need to post 5 times and then you can upload a photo. Once you get a photo up we can help figure out what's going on with your orchid.

Do you have mealy bug? Snapped leaves can also mean low humidity?

We would need to see photos but this doesn't sound good. Try responding to a bunch of other posts and then upload your photo.
