Care for psychopsis orchids

Next weekend at the combo zoo and conservatory I am going to be
picking up my first butterfly orchid psychopsis I got it from orchids limited which is in Plymouth too far for me to go so i had it shipped to a show



I have its new home under a 5000 lumen t5 light system with a few clip on lights too. I have a humidifier running in my room too.

Im getting some distilled water instead of tap so it's healthier

Rain water is always the best option. People here grow them no problems in normal outdoor conditions but everywhere is different of course. It will probably grow cooler/warmer than you think it will. Not sure how t5 will go as I haven't had to grow indoors and work that out but it sounds like a high light level which should help these to grow.

I hope someone else from North America will give you some more advice.

its okay, not much of a football fan, i hate it actually.

i already have a pathopidium, and a moth orchid at home. i do have a joboticia, or brizian grape tree bonsi i got from gardeno nurshery in south FL.

look up Gardeno nurshery. i dont know if i can post links here so i wont but they do sell alot of unuseal and rare plants.
