Unhappy Anticipation turning to panic!!!

Oh where, oh where has my little Masdies gone
Oh where, oh where can they be
With their leaves so short and their roots so long
Oh where, oh where can they be?

Everybody's getting their Masdies on time. I've been hovering my mail box like a cat getting ready to pounce a mouse, dying with anticipation. I even made up my mix waiting for the babies, I'm so excited.

Still no Masdies.

With the Elections, I figured there would be a delay with the mail, but that's not the case. I've never had this happen before and every time I get something from Joe it comes in like clockwork. If shipped on a Monday, it comes Wednesday. Well today is Thursday and the mail as done run for today. I fear something terribly wrong has happened to them!!!

if it any consolation i have to wait extra long for mine, and worry about if my mother-in-law will care for it properly until we make the 2+ hr trip (into another country) to go get it.......hopefully ( since she has a couple of orchids herself) she will give it the tlc it's needs, and of course let me actually have when we get there.......maybe i shoulda got her one too (oops)

have you tried tracking the pkg? my confirmation email came with a tracking number...and besides being 24 hrs off, the info it gave was quite helpful.

Mine left NJ today so I'm thinking Monday. We have to go away this weekend, so as a precaution, I'll ask my pet sitter to check and if it arrives to unwrap it and give it a squirt of water if it appears dry and then set it out on the patio in the shade.

Whew..... Awesome to know. I was sweating bullets and everything. I'm sitting here thinking that the mail truck ran them over, or the neighbor ran off with them.... Worse yet, they simply got lost.

It should be here tomorrow then.

I can now sleep better.

I got mine today. Moss seemed a bit dry so I did squirt it down. (it's in the low to mid 80's here) He's a little thing. Cute! Very healthy. I'll try to keep him that way.

Meet Mutt and Jeff

Hehehe. Here they are and not a scratch on them. I repotted one in a mix of bark, cocohusk, perlite, charcoal and spagh. The other is in Hydroton, S/H style.

So healthy too! I hope I can keep them that way!

Wow, they do look healthy. I just moved two of my surviving Madies back in the house. They liked it better inside than in the GH.

Jenny, I hope they do well for you. I like the kitty glass container. I'm waiting for mine now. Wonder if I should try S/H too.

So far, so good.

No leaf loss and I can see new growths and new root growth. I can't believe how fast these boogers grow!
