| Got my herraadurae on!
I got my new masdie in the mail today and got it repotted: ![]() No, that's not the world's largest ring - it's a tiny frigging pot! I noticed something odd when I was editing the image ... when I had it full-size (originally 54"), I saw myself taking the picture in my ring!

| I think so. Amersault posted some culture info that stated that the leaves get to about 3", and the longest leaves on mine is close to that. I have mine in my regular potting mix (fine bark, pumice, perlite, charcoal and worm castings) but the smaller 'shake' in a 1.9" pot. I'm growing it outside until the nighttime temps drop below its minimum (which it may not).

What's the mix by chance?

| I got the pot at a craft store. The clerk was astounded that I was going to put a real live plant in it. I also got a good selection of larger small pots, so I am ready to pot anything (almost) with pots from the tiny 1.9" to 8"!

| Fine bark, pumice, perlite, charcoal and worm castings - same mix I always make and use; I just used the smaller "shake" to pot this one. My Dean Haas is liking it (the paiveana is lithophytic, so it's in pumice and charcoal), so I plopped this one in it.

Mine aren't potted super tight nor super roomy - just a little room between the plant and rim of the pot, and not much between the roots and the bottom of the pot. It's working for me, but I have no idea if this is right or preferred or anything.
