 The twins
Here is an update on my Heraaduraes. They have new growth and roots. No spikes. Nothing really changed since their arrival, but growing very well. Still give them wormtea and I have been giving them Essentials and Companion. I did give them a shot of fert.  With one in S/H and one in a Spagh/cocohusk mix combo, I figured that there would be some kind of growth differential. One fairing better than the other. Nope..... Both are doing about the same.

They look good to me! Mine is growing like a weed. I guess it's update time  .

Umm did I say they were doing super awesome fantastic?  Let me rephrase that since that was then. It has become uber hot and well I went to touch the pot on one of them. As if to tell me that I had the touch of death, every single leaf fell off the plant!!!  I don't think it's going to make it.  The other one is doing okay, no leaf drop so I have not a clue about the first one. I think it just hated me.  I moved both of them to a shadier spot near the A/C. Hopefully it will regrow.

Mine still looks exactly the same as when I got it lol. No new growths yet though lol. All my other masdies keeled over from under watering abuse  The second one looks really good! Too bad about the first one but good thing you got two of em lol!

In the beginning you had one of the twins in s/h. Why did you remove the one from s/h? I've been growing one, not the herra, in s/h and it appears to like it and recently got brave and moved another. Did you find a problem with the s/h I should watch for? Sorry about your loss but the other looks great! Brooke |

Nah, the s/h was awesome. It was Rachel that kept picking the balls.  She kept grabbing the cat pot and the plant would fall over, then she'd pick the balls out and declare she was "repotting"It was cute, but nerve racking.  Finally I just broke down repotted identical to the other one and let her have the cat pot and hydroballs to plant "her own". Well she planted a Polly Pocket was about as far as it got.
