If you have registered with us and your User Name the same as your Email Address please PM me ( Fred ) so that I can change your user name as we DO NOT recommend using your email address as your User Name.

As we are a Public Forum the use of your Email Address leaves you open to all sorts of Spam Emails.

Also please DO NOT use your email address within any of your Posts.

If I see a new member that has Registered with there Email Address as there user name I would advise you to contact me asap as the Email Address will be Deleted.
