| Hi to all... OK. I am admitting it. Orchids are just one of my obsessions! I also love just about any living thing I see. I have three cats, 2 parrots, way more plants than I can count (besides orchids). Way too many books on all of it as I also absolutley love reading. I have 2 baby girls-Savanna 3.5 and 18 mos Taylor who I am always trying to teach to respect all of that living stuff-even bugs. And yep...my husband loves it all! (Just kidding. He usually just shakes his head. We are pretty opposite, but it works.) I am also a financial worker dealing with craziness and numbers all day. I like the people part of it but numbers were never my favorite. So, the obsessions balance to all of that. So...now that you all should have a pretty good picture, I am glad to find other orchid geeks out there!!! XOXO Shana      |

| Do your parrots have the opportunity to nibble on your orchids? I've often thought it would be neat to have parrots lose in a large greenhouse, but OHH, the damage they could do! Cynthia |

| Parrots/Orchids Nope. They have trimmed wings and don't fly. They do climb around but not near any orchids. The cats on the other hand...just knocked a few down last week. Way too busy they are. SK |
