 Glad to be here! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Sharon, from WI and I've grown orchids for about 20 years. Mostly Phalaenopsis. I only have 5 Phals. But I've acquired a Brassavola Nodosa and a Jewel Orchid. For these 2, I have a few questiions. As for me, I also grow African Violets. The wasp varieties and a couple of trailing AV's. And, a few other plants that I may be able to get some help with. I have MS, so outdoor gardening is limited now, unless I can get my son to help out. I look forward to reading and learning. | Glad to have you on the forum Sharon. Oh my - 20 years and only 7 orchids todate? We will have to see if we can do something about that!  Look forward to hearing about your plants and seeing a pic or two as well. |

| Hi Sharon!  Good to have you with us! I used to grow african violets LONG ago. I LOVED the wasp type! I'm fairly new to orchids, but have fallen head over heels for them! They are addicting! I look forward to chatting in the threads!

| Hi and welcome. I stumbled on to this site too and LOVE it.  Not to mention I've acquired dozens of new orchids in the last few weeks. It's so exciting to see everyone's chids and you just have to get them too. I'm sure you will be adding to your collection soon. I guarantee it!
