Question Hello everyone

My name is Joyce and I just love orchids. I have been growing them for several years now. I have been pretty successful so far, however I have a dendrobium that really has me stumped. I bought it several years ago and it was about 6 inches tall and said to be bloomong size. It now has several new shoots and is over 24inches tall and no flowers yet. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? The name is Den.Udom Rainbows.
