| hello, welcome to the forum. i'm not sure of the name either, sorry. Looks like a catt. but I'm not real familiar with them. I think some of the threads for newbies explain how to get around and post stuff. You can also use the search function or subscribe to certain posts you want to monitor. Or if you want to see what the most recent posts are you can choose new posts from the green bar at the top or choose 70 most recent threads. Do you live in newcastle england?

| Hi and welcome to the forum Ann. You have to have 5 posts before you can add a pic. Here is a link to help you with that when you have them. http://www.orchidgeeks.com/forum/sug...t=post+picture It looks like a Cattleya alliance, but without a tag it will be hard to ID. |

| Hi annstar! Welcome- It's very hard to ID a plant without a tag. There are virtually thousands x thousands of hybrids. It's nice to just enjoy a beautiful plant, however and just be happy with that!![]()

| I have some of the same questions as you, AnnStar. I have been searching this evening to find out how we subscribe to a thread. Posting to one gets you subscribed. But if no post? Finally I realized I hadn't checked out the button labeled "Thread Tools." (in the bar at the top of each thread) And there I found a place to click to "Subscribe to this thread." So Welcome Annstar. How you find a lot of help and useful information here. I've found both from lots of generous people. Norm Last edited by Normkp; 05-09-2008 at 02:13 AM. Reason: now have more information |
