Hello from the frozen north!

Just wanted to say Hello, I have been growing Orchids for a few years now. I am afraid I am becoming an addict! They are so beautiful, and not terribly hard to grow. I am most anxious to learn more so will spend time reading posts. Thanks for being here!

Hi Joan,
Welcome to the forum. Being from the north country, I can sympathize with you on
the cold. We still have snow on the ground here. But the beauty of growing orchids
is that no mater how brutual it is outside, you still have the tropics with your 'chids
on the inside. What are you growing? Please post some pics of yours when you can.
Enjoy the forum and ask as many questions as you like. Great people here with lots
of helpful information.

If you already have a "Few" orchids and now are joining a forum to get more info then you are already an addict. The problem only gets worse. Welcome to OA. (Orchid Addicts)

Welcome justjoan!! Nice to have you on board. I'm where it's pretty cold still, but spring isn't too far off! The orchids ARE addicting! It can't be avoided!
