Hello From Texas

Hi Gang,

I live in Texas about an hour and a half NW of Houston, Texas. Texas A & M University is located here. I am a social worker by education and licensure. I serve on the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners,the Association of Social Work Boards and the National Association of Social Workers, Texas Chapter as a volunteer. My job, which pays the bills is as a Clinical Director of a non-profit hospice, providing care to persons living within a 9,000 square mile area.

I've been growing orchids for 37 years; I started young. My main focus is Phalaenopsis species. With that said, I also enjoy hybridizing Phal. species, as well as complex or novelty hybrids. Presently I do a great deal of work with harlequins.

Great site. I've enjoyed all that I've been able to see.
