Another Newbie is Born

Hi Everyone, My name is Cathy and I love plants of all kinds indoor and out. I went to the San Francisco Garden Show recently and bought about 12 different orchids so I am a really new newbie. I did have and orchid before and had it quite a long time before killing it but now I really want to learn and try not to kill my new orchids. I am so excited and love my orchids so much this is how I feel.marchmell Please have patience I know I will have lots of questions. The first thing I am going to do is write down what kind I have so I know what you all are talking about .

Hey Cathy, Welcome to the forum. I'm pretty new to this site, but have found that the people here are VERY nice and helpful. If you have problems with any of your orchids, chances are someone here is gonna be able to help you. Welcome back to the addictive world of Orchids

Sean

Greetings,
I've just joined this forum & it looks really helpful.
I posted three pictures of my blooming orchids and a kiki that was just planted...probably wrong! I don't have a plastic liner for the clay pot, and I think the pot is too big, (4 "). Someone on this forum sent me a link re: planting kikis. It was very helpful, thanks!
I am fasinated with the Lady Slipper in water. Maybe I'll try that when my own flower is gone.
Tess
